What it is

The Cisco Continuing Education Program (CEP) lets Cisco-certified professionals keep their credentials active by earning CE Credits instead of retaking the certification exam every 3 years.

Each official Cisco training — delivered by authorized partners like EnterOne — grants a specific number of credits. You collect enough credits within the recertification cycle and renew automatically without re-examination.

How to report your credits

  1. 1Complete the official Cisco training at EnterOne — you receive a completion certificate.
  2. 2Access the Cisco CE Portal with your Cisco ID linked to the active certification.
  3. 3Submit the CE item, choosing the course code and attaching proof.
  4. 4Cisco validates within 6 weeks and credits enter your cycle automatically.
